Conor O'Hagan

Conor leads PwC UK’s Aerospace & Defence Consulting business and has over 20 years of experience advising governments and industry on large-scale transformation, commercial strategy, and programme delivery on some of the most complex and mission-critical programmes in the defence, security and infrastructure sectors.

Since joining PwC from industry in 2010, Conor has specialised in delivering tangible value for his clients through the development of capability-based strategies, implementing innovative commercial models, driving operational  improvement, and instigating programme transformation. Conor has led teams across the UK, Middle East, Europe and Asia and is a trusted partner to Government, defence OEMs, and ecosystem partners.

Conor is a Chartered Engineer, holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
