Cynthia is a Partner in our International Business Reorganisations practice in the UK. Cynthia has dual-qualifications in England and Wales and Hong Kong. Since joining PwC Legal in 2001, She has been part of a core team of senior lawyers who specialise in complex corporate projects. Her expertise is in cross-border and international structuring projects and she is experienced in working with specialists in PwC in tax and accounting on International Business Reorganisations projects.
Cynthia also heads up the Legal China Business Group at PwC, having worked with a significant number of Chinese companies setting up and investing in the UK.
