Dan leads PwC's Corporate Finance business in the UK. He has been with the firm for 20 years, spending time across our London and Manchester offices.

He leads our TMT M&A team, growing this practice to over 20 people and delivering transactions M&A, fundraising and recapitalisation transactions, for private business, private equity and international corporates.

He has delivered over 50 transactions across tech services, software and digital media, including;

• Sale of high growth compliance software platform ISMS to ECI;
  
• Equity fundraise from LDC for Sedex, a B2B ESG data platform;
  
• Acquisition of digital transformation consultancy FSP by CBPE;
  
• Acquisition of managed services provider BCN by ECI;
  
• Acquisition of transport software provider Mandata by Tenzing;
  
• Acquisition of HR software provider Cezanne by NorthEdge;
  
• Sale of digital transformation consultancy 101ways to GCP;
  
• Acquisition of public sector software provider Mobysoft by ECI;
  
• Sale of digital transformation provider Tisski to Node4;
  
• Acquisition of language interpretation provider DA Languages by IK;
  
• Acquisition of digital managed services provider Aspire by LDC;
  
• Sale of a minority stake in Insuretech IMS to ThreeHills;
