Danielle is PwC UK’s General Counsel. Danielle has led commercial matters in the firm’s OGC function for over 8 years, overseeing a wide range of practice issues with a strong focus on our Government and Public Sector practice. Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has previously worked in private practice and other in-house roles specialising in commercial and technology law.

Danielle is the UK firm’s General Counsel and has been a member of the UK Executive Committee since 1 April 2026.

In her role on the Executive Committee, Danielle leads the Office of the General Counsel function and is responsible for legal and governance matters relating to the firm. She also oversees the firm’s relationship with its Public Interest Body and Audit Oversight Body. 

Before joining the Executive Committee, Danielle was OGC’s commercial partner, overseeing a wide range of practice issues with a strong focus on our Government and Public Sector practice. Prior to joining PwC, Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has previously worked in private practice and other in-house roles specialising in commercial and technology law.
