David Teager

David is a member of the Audit Exec and is the Chief Finance and Administration Officer (CFAO). Prior to this role, David was Central Audit BUL and previously responsible for people and talent.
David joined PwC in 1998 and has over 28 years experience – over 12 as a partner. David is the engagement leader for technology companies in the UK including Tik Tok technologies. He works with many internationally owned groups, and has vast experience of working with businesses many of which are under private equity ownership.
David has a great wealth of experience supporting business through rapid growth, M&A, integration/centralisation, IFRS conversations, and exit activity including IPO and debt raising. He is also a UK GAAP and IFRS specialist and has worked in the UK, US, Middle East and Far East.
