David Morris

A clinician by background, David is an experienced Director with over ten years experience of working with private and public sector clients. David and his teams' key focus is on supporting organisations to manage distressed situational change. He does this by gaining a thorough understanding of the cause of distress, supporting management team to address the issues whilst actively managing their stakeholders.

David's core skills lie in managing operational and commercial change.

David spent 13 months as the Director of Commercial Development at a large NHS Acute Trust identifying and realising significant income developments for the Trust, driving significant system change and working with other members of the board to set the strategy for the Trust's response to the commercial challenges.

David has led numerous high profile change programmes most recently at Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust, Basildon and Thurrock Hospital and Castlebeck Carehome Group.

He has established and provided vital governance processes to ensure that programmes to deliver cost savings and organisational change are effective and clinically safe, in the toughest of situations.
