Deborah leads Operate at PwC UK - our Managed Services delivery engine, built to deliver complex, technology-enabled services at scale.
With teams across the UK, India, South Africa and Egypt, Operate supports clients with critical operations where consistency, quality, resilience and trust matter most. Deborah’s role is to set strategic direction, shape scalable delivery models and create the conditions for our people to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients every day.
Since Operate’s formal inception in 2017, Deborah has helped shape its growth into a core part of PwC’s client delivery capability. Today, her focus is on building trusted managed services that combine talent, operational discipline and deep client understanding with advanced tools and automation to help clients run critical operations with confidence.
Outside work, Deborah enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and long walks by the sea or in the mountains.
