Debra is a subject matter expert in all areas of Contingent labour, flexible workforce structures and strategies, IR35 and the intermediaries legislation. Her experience and expertise extends to the international contractor market and application of the off-shore intermediaries legislation. Debra is widely recognised as PwCs technical expert on the off-payroll worker rules for both public and private sector and is a regular speaker at client events around the country.
