Denzil Coelho

Denzil is a Director within our Digital and Forensic Investigations practice, he specialises in helping clients understand what data they have, where it is and who has access to it.

Denzil has over 14 years working in electronic investigations and led teams to support clients during litigation matters, regulatory enquiries and corporate investigations by collecting and searching virtually any sources of electronic data in order to quickly identify crucial evidence and other relevant information.

He now uses his experience and expertise to lead the Know Your Data team. His team helps clients in three main ways; understanding their electronic data in order to ensure they comply with current legislation such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Helping them understand where unsecure intellectual property and other sensitive data resides in order to reduce risk, and also enabling them to defensibly delete data that is out of policy and reduce electronic storage costs.
