Diane Walmsley

Diane is a Partner in PwC's Construction and Real Estate Audit team based in London. She has almost 20 years’ experience in providing financial assurance services to both private and listed companies across a variety of industries with a particular focus on the construction industry. Her experience includes IFRS and UK GAAP reporting, non-financial assurance (sustainability), and supporting companies through capital market transactions such as capital raises and acquisitions. Having spent three years working for PwC in Hong Kong she returned to the UK in 2013 and is based in our Embankment Place office.
