Duncan leads PwC UK's Private Equity business, working closely with many of the world's leading private equity houses to help them and their portfolio companies achieve their strategic ambitions.

With more than 30 years at PwC, including time in both the UK and France, Duncan has extensive experience advising global and European clients, primarily as a Deals Tax Partner. He previously served as PwC's Global Deals Tax Leader and continues to act as the Global Client Relationship Partner for several of our largest private equity clients.

Duncan is passionate about building trusted, long-term relationships and bringing together the breadth of PwC's capabilities to help clients navigate an increasingly dynamic private equity market.
