I am a partner within PwC’s People and Organisation group. I work as a reward adviser to financial services organisations and their remuneration committees. I have experience across sectors, but with particular specialism in investment management and banking, leading advice to a diverse range of public and private businesses both in the UK and overseas.
I work with companies and their remuneration committees to design, implement and communicate approaches that are effective in meeting their aims, and to help them cascade reward so as to link with strategy through the organisation.
