Elaine has spent the last nine years providing practical advice to many UK companies on how to improve the effectiveness of their corporate reporting in order to meet the needs of investors and to comply with new regulations.
She is an expert in UK reporting trends, current practices and those companies producing best practice reporting. As the person responsible for PWC’s annual review of UK corporate reporting, she spent the last year focusing on the changes brought by the new Strategic report regulation. Elaine also leads the firm’s process for determining the shortlists of the Building Public Trust Awards excellence in reporting in the FTSE 100 and 250 awards.
Elaine has contributed to a number of publications and thought leadership on corporate reporting, most notably the Manual of Accounting – Narrative Reporting.
