Lizzie has a degree in mathematics, is a Chartered Accountant, as well a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Lizzie specialises in advising companies on management equity / cash incentives and wider remuneration including tax efficiency, design and implementation.
Particular areas of expertise include:
- Management equity incentives
- Tax efficient reward including HMRC tax advantaged structures such as EMI, CSOP
- Employee reward issues in transactions including, corporate takeovers, IPOs and disposals to an Employee Ownership Trust
- Senior employee and executive compensation
- Reporting of compensation and benefits
- Implementation and operation of management share incentive structures
Lizzie works across industry sectors but has a keen interest in fast growth technology businesses.
