Fiona McVeigh

Fiona has over 13 years of professional services experience in tax. Fiona began her tax career advising private clients before joining PwC in 2015 to work with alternative asset managers and funds.

As part of PwC’s Alternative Investment Funds tax team, Fiona focuses on fund formation and structuring, ongoing tax advice/compliance support throughout a fund’s life and advising on complex house level tax issues (e.g. reorganisations, overseas carried interest projects and DIMF analysis). Clients include global, UK and pan-European private equity and real estate fund managers as well as large family offices.

Fiona holds degrees in Law and Accounting from Queen's University Belfast and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
