Frances is a Senior Manager in the Tax Disputes team. She joined PwC in 2018, having previously worked at HMRC as an International Tax Specialist within HMRC’s Large Business directorate.
Since joining PwC, Frances has worked with a range of clients across industries, assisting them in their interactions with HMRC including proactive engagement, disclosures and enquiries.
Frances has significant experience in helping clients navigate complex HMRC enquiries involving transfer pricing and other international issues, including the interaction with HMRC governance processes. She also helps clients in proactively managing key aspects of enquiries such as information notices, assessment, and penalties.
