Gavin leads pensions AI and emerging technology development within our pensions team, focused on enabling large pension funds and asset owners to apply AI responsibly across governance, advice and operational processes. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience as a pensions actuary and strategic adviser, specialising in large-scale transformation involving technology, operating model and governance change. Gavin works closely with regulators, industry bodies and pension funds to develop AI-enabled solutions that support consistency, auditability and regulatory compliance.
