Her experience ranges from Schemes wanting to run-on and maximise the resulting position to transferring schemes off balance sheet via an insurance transaction. Following a year secondment at an in-house pensions function, Gemma has a hands-on understanding of trustee perspectives and processes. Gemma's advice centres on clients' specific objectives which can often result in new and innovative solutions.
