Giovanni Bracco

Giovanni has been a Partner in our tax Disputes team since 2008, having previously worked for the Inland revenue (now HMRC) for 14 years.

Giovanni and his team work with clients across all taxes and industries helping them:

• manage disputes and support with disclosures when they arise, to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved either by agreement, alternative dispute resolution or in litigation.
• design and execute the right tax strategy to manage tax risks and opportunities in a rapidly changing and increasingly transparent global tax environment.
• develop an open and transparent relationship with HMRC and other Tax Administrations in order to both minimize the risk of disputes and manage them should they arise.

Giovanni is passionate about client service, believing that in a tax controversy environment, it is important that his clients believe that he is working by their side to deliver the best possible results.
