Graham Williams

Graham has been helping clients execute complex ABC arrangements for the last three years. He has a broad range of experience in the financing, structuring and restructuring spaces gained in over 20 years of working for PwC, EY and KPMG.

Graham’s recent experience includes:

• Working with a FTSE250 company in considering how to reduce PPF levy and the use of an ABC over loans to European group companies;
• Advising an international bank on an efficient ABC that used a portfolio of loans and significantly reduced the regulatory capital requirements of the pension scheme liabilities; and
• Advising a non-headed and a UK Insurance company intending to use intra group loans to fund an ABC.
