Graham is the co-lead of PwC’s Market Abuse and Surveillance business, and is a subject matter expert on the subject of optimisation and implementation of surveillance technology for both trade and communications surveillance. He brings considerable experience helping clients respond to market abuse issues and he has led investigatory engagements and significant surveillance transformation programmes. Graham has supported financial institutions and energy trading & commodities firm, with various aspects of market abuse surveillance including MAR risk assessments, design and implementation of operating models and deployment of automated technology solutions. He is also co-leads the creation of PwC's Market Abuse Surveillance survey and regularly speaks at industry forum events and authors articles.
