Greg co-leads our specialist Deal Reward business.
This represents the largest specialist Management Equity advisory business in Europe, supporting with the design, benchmarking and valuation of management equity programmes and carried interest in private equity and corporate backed investments.
The team supported on over 300 deals in FY22 with an aggregate deal value of £150bn.
Greg has over 20 years of experience with MIP Advisory and tax valuattions, working seamlessly with our specialist Deals Tax teams, including a specialism in supporting with complex deal structuring issues and solving for multi-territory requirements.
Within Deal Reward, Greg leads on our technology and innvoation programmes, launching various on-line solutions to support our global client base.
Previously Greg led the Valuation practice in our Middle East network firms (2012-2015), operating across 10 countries.
Outside of work Greg is a passionate youth football coach.
