Ian Hillier

Ian is the Defence Sector Leader and also leads the Capital Project Services team, being responsible for leading our cost and commercial services to clients. Ian specialises in undertaking independent reviews of major capital projects and has significant experience of working with clients to improve project performance, providing strategic advice to our clients on programmes, risks and controls to enable the successful delivery of their major capital projects. Ian also has significant experience of undertaking contract due diligence reviews and performing open book reviews into significant contracts for clients. Ian has experience of working with both public and private sectors clients, having led assignments across a range of industries including MOD, Transport, Aerospace & Defence, Utilities and Manufacturing.
