James Lewin

James is a Partner in PwC’s Deals team, leading the firm’s UK Special Situations M&A practice and its Restructuring team across the South region. He works with businesses navigating strategic or financial change, helping management teams and stakeholders assess their options and deliver value in complex and often time-sensitive circumstances.

His work typically involves managing stakeholder dynamics, providing independent challenge to business plans and forecasts, and delivering hands-on, pragmatic solutions. James’ experience also includes in-house roles in the UK and overseas – including leading restructuring and M&A project management offices and working within special situations credit teams.
