James joined PwC in 2012, and after a short period in audit, is now a Director in our London and South Transactions business, based in Reading.
James has a primary focus on mid-market Private Equity and businesses providing tech & tech-enabled services. James has successfully delivered a large number of buy, sell-side (including complex carve-out) and refinancing assignments for both Private Equity and Corporate clients. Often these assignments involve leading multiple adjacent deal work streams including tax, legal, operational and IT/cyber.
James' sector experience spans software, IT services and consultancy, a broad range of business services, as well as consumer products and aerospace and defence.
