Infrastructure M&A Advisory Leader, PwC United Kingdom
James joined PwC in July 2018 in the Corporate Finance team to lead our Infrastructure M&A Advisory team.
James has over 20 years of M&A experience and prior to PwC spent 18 years at HSBC Bank plc where he was Global Head of Advisory for the Infrastructure and Real Estate Group.
James has advised clients on a wide variety of domestic and global corporate finance transactions. He has considerable transaction origination, structuring, financing and lead execution experience including public company takeovers, acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, equity fundraising and IPOs, acquisition financing and other structured finance transactions.
James works in the Infrastructure, Power and Utilities, Transport, Business Services and Real Estate sectors, with a particular focus on airports having worked on all the major airport transactions since he led the sale of Gatwick Airport in 2009.
James is an FCA Approved person and a qualified corporate finance solicitor.
