Jasleen Grewal

Jasleen is a senior manager in the FS Regulatory Legal team. She is an Australian qualified lawyer with over 9 years of experience.

Jasleen advises clients on a range of financial services regulatory matters including undertaking regulated business in the UK, impact of Brexit on clients activities and regulatory obligations, EMIR margin rules and marketing of funds in the UK.

Jasleen joined PwC from a global investment bank where she worked on the EMIR Margin reform project and was also involved in negotiating including terms of business, clearing agreements, ISDAs and collateral agreements

Prior to this Jasleen worked for a fund manager in Australia where she was responsible for setting up funds and life cycle maintenance of funds, reviewing fund documentation, and negotiating fund related agreements, side letters and trading documentation. Jasleen also advised on financial services regulations and regulatory reforms impacting funds management.
