Jenny has over 30 years experience helping companies transact in the US, UK and globally. Jenny leads the UK firm’s US capital markets practice which includes providing advisory and assurance services to public and private companies on their cross-border capital markets transactions and readiness, including US IPOs/SEC registration of non-US companies, cross-border M&A, SPACs, divestitures, and 144a debt/equity offerings. Jenny also advises on transaction-related accounting and reporting matters such as IFRS and US GAAP conversions, SEC reporting and navigating the SEC review process, complex financial history, carve-outs, pro forma financial information and transition programmes from FPI to domestic following change in issuer status or listing migration.
