I am a Director in our Financial Services Lead Advisory team at PwC. I focus on fintech, payments, foreign exchange and capital markets and have advised on a range of deals across these sub-sectors over a number of years, including the sale of Earthport FX for Visa and the investment by Dunedin in GPS. I love spending time with entrepreneurs and corporates alike, working out what their strategic ambitions are and helping achieve them. Born and educated in Ireland, I moved to the UK in 2011.
The Financial Services Lead Advisory team combines deep industry knowledge and transaction experience to advise on all aspects of corporate transactions and, through the Portfolio Advisory Group, all aspects of credit related transactions.
