Jonathan has over ten years’ post qualification experience as an Employment lawyer.
Jonathan is an employment lawyer who advises on contentious and non-contentious aspects of UK employment law.
Jonathan has extensive experience managing executive terminations and managing difficult Employee Relations matters. He has provided advice to a number of clients on a range of employment law issues including: general policies and procedures for employee handbooks, TUPE and redundancy consultation obligations, international secondments, drafting service agreements and advising on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.
Jonathan also has extensive experience defending clients in Employment Tribunal cases including complex discrimination claims, whistle-blowing and unfair dismissal claims.
Jonathan has a wealth of experience advising on the enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants. He also has experience obtaining High Court orders in respect of protecting confidential information and has experience obtaining injunctive relief in respect team move matters.
