Jonathan joined PwC's Government and Public Services practice in 2013. He concentrates on business model redesign, public services reform and the growth agenda. He helps public sector bodies with a range of solutions particularly focussing upon 'digital by design'. Previously, he was the Chief Executive of Cardiff City Council, leading the £1.1bn organisation delivering services to 346,000 residents. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief Executive at Bristol City Council following his time as the Police Commander for the city of Sheffield.
