Julie has been supporting organisations in the NHS and wider public sector to deliver complex restructuring and transformation programmes since 2008. With a focus on the NHS, she has led teams to deliver financial and quality improvements with organisations at all levels and has also provided hands-on support to the Covid-19 response, in particular in respect of the vaccination roll-out and elective recovery. Her non-NHS experience includes leading a team to develop and deliver an organisation-wide transformation programme within the MOD.
Julie is the G&HI restructuring director lead for the South West of England and Wales.
