Kat is a valuation partner who specialises in the valuation of early stage assets and businesses.

She works with a mix of venture capital, private equity and corporates, helping clients navigate the valuation challenges posed by the current market volatility and uncertainty. She supports clients buy and sell-side on transactions and for fundraising as well as performing valuations for financial reporting, tax and corporate restructuring purposes, with a particular focus on valuation governance and portfolio valuations.

Kat particularly specialises in the valuation of banking, asset management and technology businesses, including fintech businesses, writing regular thought leadership in the sectors and presenting at a range of industry forums.

Kat is based in London but additionally looks after PwC UK's valuation business in Scotland, having been based in Edinburgh for four years. She previously lived in Singapore, working across South East Asia, focused on emerging market valuations. Prior to this, Kat was based in the Channel Islands, developing significant offshore experience in the financial services sector.
