Diversity and Inclusion Consulting Director, PwC United Kingdom
Katy is a director in PwC’s Financial Services Human Resources team, advising firms on a range of HR issues with a particular focus on remuneration. Katy has a specific technical specialism in regulation, advising financial services organisations on the increasing regulatory obligations in relation to HR and reward internationally. She has particular experience in helping clients develop tailored and commercial solutions to meeting complex regulatory obligations and works with firms both to comply with specific regulation (such as in relation to remuneration) and understand the HR and people aspects of broader regulatory requirements.
Other areas of expertise include pay and incentive design, the alignment of pay to strategic and cultural business priorities, benchmarking, corporate governance and the development and preparation of public disclosures. Katy works with a variety of financial services organisations including FTSE 100 companies and firms headquartered both within and outside the UK. She works with firms across financial services, but with a particular speciality in banking and capital markets.
