Kevin leads PwC’s legal services practice in Financial Services. He is a corporate lawyer specialising in International Business Reorganisations and Deals across the sector.

As part of his role, Kevin frequently leads multidisciplinary teams in legal, regulatory and tax, leveraging PwC’s global network to deliver for clients across all relevant jurisdictions. He has a particular focus on Banking and Capital markets and Fintech, Payments and Digital Assets.

Kevin’s team forms part of the Legal 500 Tier 1-rated International Business Reorganisations team at PwC.

With specialist expertise in structuring, restructuring and transfer of financial services businesses, they have delivered large scale migrations of client and counterparty agreements and transfers of business via the court process set out in Part VII of FSMA 2000 as well as other complex cross border restructurings.

Prior to working at PwC, Kevin worked at a leading magic circle firm and a US-headquartered law firm ranked no. 1 for global M&A. He spent time on secondment in the Nordic region and in China.

  • Leading the PwC Legal work on the Future Fund; a COVID economic support scheme established for innovative UK businesses by the British Business Bank and the UK government
  • Delivering the UK and European aspects of a global demerger by a global infrastructure; real estate and investment manager
  • Leading the legal work on the reorganisation and wind down of the UK subsidiary of a major Asian banking group; the UK branch of a Swiss/Italian private bank and on the repayment of the deposit book of a UK challenger bank
  • Advising Allfunds Bank; the global fund distribution platform; on the acquisition of a data analytics business
  • Supporting clients on the impact of Brexit; including most recently a US-headquartered alternatives group and a large Swiss insurance group
  • Advising clients on the structuring and regulatory treatment of digital assets

Kevin is a trustee of Haemochromatosis UK, a charity which supports people affected by genetic haemochromatosis and which won a GSK IMPACT Award from the King’s Fund in 2022.
