Laura Freestone

The types of transactions and projects that Laura advises on include, pre and post deal structuring, carve out or spin projects, legal entity reduction, cash repatriation or management, as well as UK corporate transactions including share and asset transfers, dividends and share capital transactions.

Laura works as part of a truly fantastic team of lawyers both in the UK and across the PwC network and they work closely with other PwC specialists, including consulting, tax and accounting to provide a holistic approach to clients.

She takes a pragmatic approach to delivering projects for clients and loves coming to work with a positive attitude. Laura balances her work life with her wonderful family.
