Lauren has experience of advising clients, both in the private and public sectors, in relation to contentious and non-contentious employment law related matters in the UK.
Lauren regularly has drafted and updated documentation relating to the employment relationship to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice including service agreements, assignment letters, restrictive covenants and employee handbooks.
Lauren has a keen interest in equal pay and gender diversity in the workplace and has worked with a number of clients on equal pay and gender pay reporting.
