Lindsay is the Chief Markets Officer for Tax, Legal and Workforce and is responsible for driving the firm's go to market strategy and client engagement initiatives within the tax practice. Lindsay has more than 28 years’ experience in advising UK and global organisations on corporate tax matters. She leads the global tax teams on a number of our UK headquartered international clients.
Lindsay advises on a wide range of matters from tax strategy, compliance and governance to restructuring, deals and how to transform processes and functions through the use of AI and other technology.
Prior to taking on the role of Chief Markets Officer for Tax, Legal and Workforce Lindsay led our Financial Services Tax practice. She has also led our Scottish Tax practice and carried out Chief Operating Officer roles for our Deals Tax and Financial Services Tax practices.
