Lucy heads up the UK Competition Economics team. She brings deep expertise in the design, scrutiny and challenge of complex regulatory and economic assessments, with a strong track record of advising on market interventions, regulatory strategy, subsidy control and mergers.
Prior to joining PwC, Lucy had a long career as a regulator as Director of Remedies & Analysis at the CMA and as a senior member of the competition team at the Financial Conduct Authority.
She brings wide cross-sector experience across industries, including Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, and Telecoms and Broadcasting.
