Mark Jordan

Mark is an audit partner in both audit and advisory services. He leads our UK Betting and Gaming sector and specialises in technology, leisure and media companies. Mark works extensively with listed and private companies, national and global associations and Fintech / FCA regulated organisations. As an advocate of responsible growth, Mark has also collaborated with the Responsible Gambling Trust and operators on problem gambling.

Mark’s experience extends from audit, due diligence, AML/KYC, controls, regulatory and system change reviews, controls optimisation, fraud investigations to transactions and listings. In our Forensic Services department he specialised in intellectual property disputes and investigations.
