Mark leads the PwC UK Cloud & Digital Networks group which includes Data Centre, Cloud Computing and ITSM services and has 28+ years of ICT industry experience.
His Technology skills and capabilities cover Data Centre and Cloud, ITSM, DevOps, Sourcing, Operations Management and IT organisation design and governance.
Mark has worked as a technology specialist in the PwC Consulting Practice since January 2010 and has deep and varied experience in developing and leading technology enabled transformation projects primarily in Data Centre, Cloud, ITSM and Infrastructure Transformation areas.
Mark has two Masters degrees in IT & Information Systems Management, is AWS and Azure Cloud Certified and is both ITIL and PRINCE2 certified.
