Matt leads Audit for Private Equity at PwC UK, working with private equity-backed businesses across a wide range of industries for many of the world's leading PE Houses. He builds long-term relationships with his clients, providing an independent perspective, pragmatic advice and support through every stage of their growth journey. Alongside delivering high-quality audits, he helps clients navigate issues including stakeholder management, succession planning, management incentives and cash flow, bringing together the best of PwC's specialist expertise to help them succeed.

Outside work, he enjoys spending time with family, keeping active, playing golf and making the most of opportunities to travel.
