Mike is a Partner in the Capital Markets team at PwC and has over 15 years of experience as an Equity Capital Markets practitioner. He has extensive experience in undertaking capital markets due diligence reporting, advising and supporting management through capital and debt raisings and advising on listings regulatory processes. He is co-lead of PwC’s Global IPO Centre and author of PwC’s Global IPO Watch, Global Top 100 and Unicorns Top 100 publications.
His transaction experience includes acquisitions, disposals, demergers and public listings of shares and debt, including:
- The IPOs of Princes Foods, Dr Martens, Haleon and Funding Circle;
- The acquisition of Direct Line by Aviva;
- The acquisition of ENI’s north sea assets by Ithaca;
- The acquisition of Dechra by EQT;
- The acquisition of Assura plc by Primary Health Properties plc; and
- The equity fundraising and debt issuance by Great Portland Estates.
