As PwC UK’s Managed Services Leader, Mike helps clients run and transform their organisations by combining deep subject matter expertise, operational delivery, and cutting-edge technology into scalable managed services solutions.

With two decades of experience in major projects, Mike brings deep expertise in leading complex, large-scale programmes - particularly those with significant operational components. His track record includes supporting clients with regulatory challenges, transformation, remediation, and global audits, often leveraging large near and offshore delivery teams and service centres.

Mike previously led PwC’s Operate business - our managed services delivery arm - and headed Managed Services for Deals. His focus has frequently been on financial services, where he has extensive experience in the design, setup, and leadership of anti-financial crime programmes.

An engineer by background, Mike is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer who brings a practical, outcomes-driven mindset to every engagement. His industrial grounding enables him to tailor solutions that are both robust and relevant.

His previous roles as Chief People Officer for our Deals business and People Partner for Forensic Services have shaped a leadership style rooted in values, empowerment, and long-term relationships.
