Nick leads the real estate and capital equipment (RECE) group. Nick has 30 years valuation experience and is a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor.

Nick oversees real estate and capital equipment valuations and valuation reviews undertaken in London for assets located globally but primarily within the EMEA region. This work is typically undertaken for transaction, financial reporting, tax or dispute purposes.

Clients include investment banks, real estate entities, corporate clients with significant tangible assets and HNWI.

In a value advisory context, Nick's focus is on asset optimisation and cost reduction. Typical assignments include advice on releasing capital from tangible assets, lease structuring, footprint optimisation and cost reduction. The advice is typically delivered to corporate clients and private equity companies.

Nick is a regular speaker at industry events in the UK & Europe on emerging market trends and how accounting changes impact tangible assets. He is also a contributor to external periodicals and manuals on real estate valuation.
