Paul has a wealth of experience in leading audits, due diligence and mergers & acquisition transactions.
He works with a variety of clients from owner-managed businesses through to publicly listed companies. He has significant experience working with early-stage, fast-growing companies, taking them through to Initial Public Offering (IPO) or trade sales.
Paul joined our East Midlands office in 2013 having previously worked in Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Birmingham, London and Zagreb.
