Paul Scarborough is a director in our Financial Services Reward team, specialising in executive and employee reward. Paul advises many FS companies regarding the design and implementation of executive and broad employee cash and share arrangements. A key focus of Paul's work with clients is to deliver plans that are financially efficient, practical, and compliant within the increasingly complex tax, regulatory and legal regimes in the UK and globally.
Paul has advised and supported many companies through transactions and listings, advising on the management of existing reward plans, roll out of new cash and share arrangements, and selection of third party providers (e.g. share plan administrators), together with supporting various departments in their roles and responsibilities (e.g. HR, Finance, Tax and Company Secretariat). Paul's clients range from global banking and insurance groups to PE backed unlisted banks and other financial organisations.
