Paul Sloman

Paul leads Consulting for Private Equity at PwC UK, helping private equity houses and their portfolio companies accelerate value creation from acquisition through to exit. A qualified engineer with more than 35 years' experience, he has supported industrial businesses across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Engineering & Construction, Shipbuilding and Industrial Manufacturing, bringing deep expertise in operational improvement, transformation and cost optimisation. Before joining PwC, Paul was a Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Management Engineers.

Paul combines extensive consulting experience with a practical understanding of the operational challenges businesses face. He enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and bringing together the right expertise from across PwC to support their strategic priorities.

Outside of work, Paul is married with a young daughter, is a keen sports fan and an informal board adviser to his local rugby club.
