Paul is a Partner in PwC’s Human Resource Services Practice focusing on Mid-Tier companies. He has specialised in executive remuneration and share plans for 10 years. Paul focuses on advising the remuneration committees and boards of listed companies on executive remuneration policy and incentive design and conducting shareholder consultations. He has been responsible for a number of the innovative incentive and reward designs in the FTSE 250 and FTSE All Share.
