Philip has 28 years’ experience advising private equity clients, specialising in Financial Due Diligence. He is a former PwC UK Private Equity Leader and Chief Operating Officer for the Transactions business and is currently Lead Relationship Partner for a number of private equity houses across Europe. Philip has extensive experience across Business Services, Professional Services and Corporate Services/Fund Administration.
Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and playing tennis and has led the PwC Golf Society for the past 25 years.
